One day when I arrived home from work I found a brown tabby cat sitting outside my front door.  I said hello to her and gave her a stroke.  The next day she was there again and when I opened the door she went in and had a look around my house and then left.  The next day she was still there and as it was a horrible, windy, rainy night I let her come in and I gave her some milk.  I then realised she was hungry so I went back out into the dark night  and bought a tin of cat food.  She stayed the night and I let her out in the morning.  She was back again the next night but this time she had brought her friend with her..................

And that was how Tweasel and Jasmine came to stay with me.  I really had no say in the matter as they both just packed their bags and moved in.  I managed to trace their owner and was pleased to find out that she was happy that they had come to live with me and that they had found a good home for themselves.
